The Expert in Residence Program provides funds to schools within the Warwick School District wishing to invite “outside experts” to offer programs such as lectures, demonstrations, hands-on learning, etc., in order to augment, enrich and extend the regular curriculum.
Expert in Residence Program applications are available beginning January 1 and are due by March 18, 2016. A committee comprised of WEF Board members reviews and evaluates all submitted applications and determines those to be funded. The maximum award for an Expert in Residence grant is $10,000.
